Surfers Paradise House

The site is 50 metres from Budds Beach in the heart of Surfers Paradise. The existing dwelling is a single storey house which has been renovated poorly a number of times. The existing plan is a succession of small dark spaces, with continually changing floor levels.

The brief was to design a new light filed, environmentally sustainable, comfortable family home. The outdoor spaces have been designed as an extension to the open plan home.
