Elizabeth Bay Penthouse

The penthouse occupies the top level of an art deco apartment building designed by Aaron Bolot and included a substantial terrace with expansive views of the city skyline and harbour.

The brief involved a complete reconfiguration and extension of the apartment. A floating timber floor was installed to allow relocation of the plumbing fittings.

The back wall of the apartment was opened up with glass sliders so that the new open plan internal spaces could take advantage of the impressive views.
