Cherrybrook House

This 1970's project home suffered from poor internal planning, lacked clear circulation paths and had very little outdoor amenity. The renovation included:

• Removing and relocating internal walls to create new kitchen, dining and lounge areas
• Updating the small courtyard area with new timber decking and pergola
• Replacing existing aluminium sliding doors and windows with new generously sized timber sliding doors to facilitate easier movement and visual connecting through to the rear yard
• New decking areas to the rear of the residence with stairs that double as seating, awnings where necessary and inbuilt planter boxes

Simplifying the planning, updating the kitchen and creating enjoyable outdoor areas with complimentary landscaping have transformed this property into a smart contemporary home.
